About the position

BRUNT is seeking a customer-obsessed UX Designer to help craft intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing digital experiences. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing data and user insights to enhance our website and digital products. In this role, you’ll contribute to creating intuitive user interfaces that meet the needs of BRUNT customers. You’ll leverage customer insights, market research, and site data to inform your designs and improve the user experience. Through continuous testing, iteration, and innovation, you’ll help ensure a best-in-class, customer-centric experience on BRUNT’s website. This role reports to the Senior UX Designer and will collaborate with BRUNT’s experienced creative team, product managers, engineers, and marketers.

Responsibilities

  • Create clean, intuitive, and visually appealing designs that are accessible to all users.
  • Assist in maintaining and evolving BRUNT’s design system.
  • Design and deliver user flows, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes for web and mobile experiences.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development process.
  • Conduct user research and analyze site data to identify usability improvements.
  • Support A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.
  • Communicate design goals and specifications to the engineering team; improve the hand-off process to maintain a pixel-perfect design standard.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product management on A/B testing and CRO support to drive the growth of key website KPIs.
  • Advocate for intuitive user-centered experiences and conversion-driven design solutions.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in user-centered design for digital platforms (mobile focused design is a plus).
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating an understanding of UI/UX principles, and visual design skills.
  • Proficiency in Figma (or a similar tool) with an understanding of auto layout and component properties.
  • Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
  • Basic knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
