We are currently looking for a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to support our contract with the DRAID CDAO ADA IR Program. As a User Experience (UX) Designer, you will support the delivery of human-centered digital solutions across the CDAO ADA IR program. This role is part of a cross-functional team that includes project managers, engineers, data scientists, and technical stakeholders working at the intersection of AI, analytics, and defense. As a UX Designer, you will help shape intuitive, accessible, and mission-aligned user experiences through research, ideation, prototyping, and iteration. You will contribute to the creation of customer journey maps, user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and usability testing plans. Your work will bridge strategy and execution, turning complex user needs into scalable digital products that support data-driven decision-making within the Department of Defense. Familiarity with AI tools, data platforms, or emerging technologies is preferred, but not required.
