The UX Designer for Cisco Nexus Hyperfabric will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience of an innovative cloud-operated AI cluster solution. This position involves collaborating with engineering and product teams to design user-facing features, ensuring a seamless and engaging interface for customers. The designer will lead the end-to-end feature design process, facilitate design discussions, and support engineering teams throughout development to deliver high-quality implementations.

  • Collaborate with UI and back-end engineers to improve Cisco Nexus Hyperfabric.
  • Lead end-to-end feature design, translating abstract ideas into viable product features.
  • Facilitate design discussions with partner teams to gather feedback and refine design solutions.
  • Use excellent interpersonal skills to communicate design concepts and rally support from stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing support to engineering teams during the development process to ensure high-quality user experience.
  • Conduct workshops, sketching, and prototyping solutions, creating high-fidelity designs.
  • Work closely with leadership to enhance design processes.
  • 11+ years of professional experience in UX, UI, or front-end design.
  • Proficiency in design techniques such as storyboarding, sketching, system mapping, and prototyping.
  • Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe, Sketch, or similar.
  • Bachelor's degree in HCI, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • A portfolio showcasing past design work and its impact on users and business.
  • Ability to articulate design needs and decisions to diverse collaborators and leadership.
