UX Designer Internship
About The Position
We're looking for a UX Design Intern to join the Platform Experiences (PEX) team at Align Technology. This internship offers hands-on experience in designing intuitive, elegant, and scalable digital solutions that connect the Invisalign, iTero, and exocad ecosystems. You'll work alongside experienced designers, product managers, and engineers to help shape the future of digital orthodontics and restorative dentistry. This role is ideal for students who are passionate about human-centered design, eager to learn in a fast-paced environment, and interested in how design can make a meaningful impact in healthcare technology.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to support the delivery of user-centered solutions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that align with the Align Design System (ADS) and product requirements.
- Participate in user research and assist in translating insights into design recommendations.
- Contribute to design critiques, apply feedback, and continuously refine your design craft.
- Help ensure design consistency, usability, and accessibility across platforms.
- Learn how to work effectively within a cross-functional, global design organization.
