About The Position
Kohler Co. is looking for a UX Design Researcher (Level 1) who will be responsible for collecting user insights and data to identify problems to solve to optimize our digital experiences. You will work closely with the UX/UI Manager – Strategic Research & Discovery, cross-functional teams and other UX Design Researchers to identify research opportunities, run studies and conduct analysis.
