GoDaddy is looking for a UX leader to help build, shape, and push our design teams to the next level through excellent content design. As a UX Manager for the UX Content Design team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy for delivering seamless experiences across all our products for our customers. UX Content Design brings human, user-focused language to our product experiences. Content Designers collaborate with end-to-end product design teams to ensure that each product we launch meets the team's goals, fits our brand voice and style standards, and delivers a customer experience that's clear and compelling. With the goal of helping our customers grow, they write the words that guide, empower, simplify, and support; they’re an advocate for our users, connecting business needs with experience outcomes. As a UX leader, your responsibilities will extend beyond empowering the Content Design designers; you will also influence strategy, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and collaborate company-wide to drive success. This includes elevating UX, coaching on content strategy and execution, and driving unified voice for GoDaddy, collaborating with other leaders to establish strategic plans, goals, and tactics. You will also create and maintain processes that support our designers.
