About The Position
Back Market is a global marketplace for refurbished devices, aiming to make tech reliable, affordable, and environmentally friendly. The Design team is focused on creating user-centered interfaces and enhancing the overall user experience. As part of the content design team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to craft content that informs and engages users throughout their journey. Your role will involve creating UX content, proofreading, and ensuring that the content is adaptable for an international audience. You will also participate in user research and analyze data to improve product messaging and user experiences.
