About The Position

The UX Analyst at PepsiCo will be part of a growing team responsible for creating and supporting global digital developments. This role focuses on enhancing user experience through collaboration with designers, product owners, and business users, applying Human-Centered Design and Service Design Thinking methodologies. The analyst will participate in the entire design process, from research to testing, and will play a key role in influencing product teams with data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products and services as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Deep understanding of Service Design and UX Design disciplines.
• Proven experience in implementing and facilitating the design process using methodologies like Process Mapping and User Journey Mapping.
• Experience with design and research tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Fluent in Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience in planning and conducting user research and testing sessions.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in designing responsive digital products with a focus on mobile.
• Experience with workshop planning and facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Create and support global digital developments for PepsiCo.
• Participate in the entire design process from research to testing and validation.
• Plan and conduct primary and secondary research to synthesize insights and provide recommendations.
• Apply Human-Centered Design and Service Design Thinking approaches to deliverables.
• Plan and co-facilitate workshops to identify and solve complex problems.
• Create project deliverables such as UI prototypes, design materials, and insights reports.
• Coordinate work activities with digital teams and business stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders during the Service Design process.
