About The Position

ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Strong understanding of part number requirements in the UniVerse system and how each field impacts various processes, programs and systems Input part number information into the UniVerse system accurately and promptly upon request Record and process daily, weekly and monthly reports Be highly detailed and thorough in work habits with multi-tasking abilities while participating in the total quality process Exhibit a strong customer service orientation with a strong sense of urgency to respond to internal customer needs Become familiar with vendor price lists and identify information pertinent to the product Perform data entry using various computer programs, spreadsheet or database commands and format material as required Take an investigative and methodical approach to daily work activities Be trustworthy and maintains confidentiality Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job Perform other duties as assigned (may include reviews of internal documents and programs)

Requirements

  • Skill evaluation: Behavioral (80%); Excel (80%); Numerical Calculation (80%)
  • Possess strong attention to detail skills
  • Able to use, read, and interpret spreadsheets, printed reports and terminal screens.
  • Ability to multi-task, type data for long periods of time
  • Effective time management
  • PC experience in a Microsoft Windows environment; proficient with internet, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and other software
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • One year of related work experience is required.
