About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on UV Line Supervisor to oversee a fully automated UV finishing line operating as a single, integrated production system. This role is responsible for daily production execution, team leadership, quality control, and keeping operations running efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a true floor leadership role — ideal for someone who understands machinery, can manage people under pressure, and takes ownership of hitting production goals.

Requirements

Proven supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing or shop-floor environment
Strong people-management skills with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
Comfortable working with automated machinery and production equipment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills for production tracking, data entry, and communication
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and execute without micromanagement
Strong communication skills across production, planning, and management

Nice To Haves

Experience with automated production lines or finishing equipment
Background in manufacturing environments such as wood, cabinetry, or industrial production

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of a fully automated UV finishing line
Lead, train, and manage a team of 6+ production operators
Assign roles, manage workflow, and prioritize tasks to meet production targets
Monitor output quality, machine performance, and line efficiency
Coordinate production schedules with Planning and Purchasing teams
Troubleshoot basic operational or process issues and escalate to maintenance when needed
Ensure safety protocols and company standards are followed at all times
Maintain calm leadership during high-pressure production periods
Take full ownership of shift performance and results
