InGenesis is currently seeking a Data Analyst to work for our client. In this role, you will be working on small to medium-sized IT projects. This is a hybrid (remote/onsite) role in the Data Services team as part of the IT and Business Intelligence Division.

  • Use automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources.
  • Conduct quality audits of data sources and automated reports.
  • Remove corrupted data and fix coding errors and related problems in databases.
  • Develop and maintain databases.
  • Perform analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data.
  • Assist in solving pain points related to data quality, data lineage, and master data management (MDMS).
  • Work with programmers, engineers, and management to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare and maintain dashboards for monitoring data quality.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field or equivalent related experience.
  • 5+ years of data analysis or related experience.
  • Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and research methods.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management principles, methodology, and tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Demonstrated skills in using SQL and non-SQL database management tools: MS SQL Server Management Studios, MySQL, SSIS, and SSRS, among others.
