About The Position

The RN Case Management/Utilization Review role supports Adena’s integrated Case Management Program, combining utilization review, discharge planning, and resource management. This position ensures patients receive care in the most appropriate setting based on clinical assessment, medical necessity, and efficient use of resources. The role collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to improve quality outcomes, manage length of stay, and reduce unnecessary costs.

Requirements

• Current Ohio RN license
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• 3–5 years acute hospital nursing experience
• Case Management Certification (CCMC) required within 3 years of hire

Nice To Haves

• 3–5 years acute hospital case management experience
• Utilization review experience
• Knowledge of payer and regulatory guidelines
