About The Position
The role is responsible for leading and managing the Utilization Management team, focusing on appropriate Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) utilization. This position ensures compliance with national and state regulatory/accreditation requirements related to utilization management by partnering with other departments and facilitating workgroups to maintain survey readiness and meet all annual requirements.
