The Program Coordinator supports the Utilization Management team by providing data entry, communication, reporting, and vendor management support to ensure seamless operational workflows. This role is responsible for managing intake, authorization entry into the VBA system, tracking outcomes, generating reports, and coordinating communication with providers, vendors, and internal/external stakeholders. The Program Coordinator also assists with process improvement, program development initiatives, and serves as a liaison across departments to support efficient, high-quality service delivery. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
