Utilization Review/Management Opportunity (On-Site position) This opportunity is full-time, Monday thru Friday 8am-4:30pm, 40 hours per week. This is an on-site position. The Meadows Psychiatric Center is the leading behavioral health treatment facility in Central Pennsylvania. We are located a short distance outside State College, PA. The Meadows is a 119 inpatient behavioral health hospital and has been providing comprehensive services to children, adolescents, adults and older adults for over 35 years.   • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or closely related degree. MSW or RN preferred. Equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
  • One (1) clinical experience in health care, behavioral health setting preferred.
  • One (1) years Utilization Management/Review experience preferred.
  • Two (2) years Utilization Management/Review experience required for Lead level position.
  • Must be very familiar with JCAHO, State and Federal standards and regulations.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills, and be able to maintain reports and policies and procedures.
  • Must have excellent communication skills that include the ability to interact with and coordinate all levels of staff.
