In this role, you will assist with basic UM administrative functions, including provider outreach, fax and email processing, documentation collection, and letter creation, while learning the department’s systems and procedures. You will be expected to complete over 7–12 calls or attempts per hour while maintaining accuracy and timeliness. As a Level 1 team member, you will rely on established guidelines and close supervision to perform tasks, escalating complex issues to senior staff. This role provides the foundation for growth into higher-level administrative positions. Work hours will be determined by your manager and may vary based on location, department needs, and workflow. Mandatory overtime may be required during peak seasons. Competencies: Self-Motivation & Organization: Must be self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to work autonomously without direct supervision.
