Requirements

• Be multi-functionally skilled; any job assignment should be able to be performed in the respective job area,
• Ability to run all operations efficiently and perform all checks as required in the Work Instructions,
• Flexibility to work overtime or off shifts as needed to meet schedule requirements,
• Good understanding of the Toyota Production System,
• Ability to be active in kaizen activities, and
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• HS Diploma required

Responsibilities

• Replace Team Leader in their absence or fill in for as needed on a day-to-day basis
• Follow standard operation procedures, on various assembly lines in the respective job area
• Inspect work and equipment as called out on Work Instruction Manual
• Report any equipment abnormalities/problems to Line/Group Leader
• Maintain a clean working area
• Needs to advance to Team Leader
