About The Position

The Utility position is a non-exempt role located at store locations, focusing on ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the premises.

Requirements

• Meets assigned shift requirements.
• Able to push, pull, and carry objects regularly.
• Stand and walk on foot for at least 8 hours.
• Reach at shoulder level and below waist constantly, above head frequently.
• Bend downward or forward at waist or knees constantly.
• Communicate instructions effectively.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous custodial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to store management and ensure all guests are well taken care of.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain a high degree of cleanliness and safety throughout the premises.
• Sanitize all equipment, utensils, dishes, and containers used in food preparation and serving.
• Clean the customer dining area, parking lot, restrooms, and surrounding areas using various cleaning methods and equipment.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work and guest area through constant cleaning and organizing.
• Empty and wash trash containers as needed.
• Scrub pots, pans, and cooking utensils, and wash china and utensils in a dishwashing machine.
• Replenish workstations with clean and usable items to ensure work efficiencies.
• Stock delivered items and rotate items accordingly.
• Assist servers by bussing tables when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
