About The Position

Darling Ingredients is looking to hire a Utility Worker for our plant in Honey Brook, PA. This entry-level general labor position starts at a competitive, entry-level wage. As a Utility Worker / General Laborer, you provide critical help in keeping our operation running smoothly by helping to keep raw materials and finished products moving within the plant as well as keeping things clean and sanitary. You perform a variety of general labor tasks, using a high-pressure hose to wash the parking lot, plant equipment, and the surrounding areas of our manufacturing plant. You also paint and wash plant equipment and building fixtures as needed. Always attentive to safety, you load and unload trailers at the dock and accurately report on the condition of the raw materials and the interior of the trucks.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Demonstrated ability to use standard hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to handle up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.

• Manufacturing, production, industrial, or agricultural experience.
