Utility Worker
About The Position
Transdev in Monterey, CA is hiring a Utility Worker. The Utility Worker is required to perform basic vehicle servicing duties. We are looking for customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed
- Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason
- Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.).
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of fleet vehicles - interior and exterior
- Driving, maneuvering, and parking vehicles
- Fueling buses, replenishing fluids, and logging and recording all fluids
- Perform light maintenance to shop areas, fueling stations, and related facilities
- Report maintenance issues to supervisor
- Other duties as required
