About The Position

Utility Worker - Huntington Transdev in Fairfax County is hiring a Utility Worker. The Utility Worker is required to perform basic vehicle servicing duties. We are looking for customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety. Transdev is proud to offer: Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement: Starting pay at $20.07/Hour. Medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits Key Responsibilities: Maintain the cleanliness of fleet vehicles - interior and exterior Driving, maneuvering, and parking vehicles Fueling buses, replenishing fluids, and logging and recording all fluids Downloading drive cameras & probes fare boxes Perform light maintenance to shop areas, fueling stations, and related facilities. Report maintenance issues to supervisor Other duties as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
• DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
• Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.

Nice To Haves

• Preference for a CDL A or B with a Passenger endorsement
