About The Position

A well-known bottling company is seeking a 2nd Shift Utility Worker to support daily operations and ensure product availability across more than 20+ refrigerators. This role is responsible for restocking bottled water, maintaining proper label alignment, and keeping all refrigerators fully stocked throughout the shift. By upholding high standards of organization and efficiency, the Utility Worker plays an important role in maintaining product quality, workplace safety, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1+ years custodial cleaning experience or equivalent preferred
• Interpersonal and leadership skills
• Proficient verbal/written communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Time management skills
• High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, breakrooms, and office spaces
• Operate a baler machine to compact and process cardboard for recycling.
• Perform light custodial duties, including trash removal, sweeping, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces
• Support facility operations with a friendly, professional attitude
• Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met
