About The Position

We are looking for reliable individuals to join our team as Utility Workers. In this role, you will support various production functions and ensure the proper handling and processing of scrap and regrind materials. You will inspect and sort quality hold materials, operate scrap grinders, and run the bushing extraction machine. This position also includes moving scrap and regrind materials internally and completing transactions in QAD and Blue Sheet systems to ensure accurate scrap and grind reconciliation. Additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor based on production needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be willing and able to work any shift.
• Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
• Overtime is mandatory and a condition of employment.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting and sorting materials on quality hold for disposal.
• Operating the bushing extraction machine.
• Running scrap grinders for material recycling.
• Handling materials for scrap and regrind processing.
• Performing system transactions in QAD and Blue Sheet for tracking and reconciliation.
• Assisting with other duties as directed by your supervisor.
