About The Position

Performs custodial, Groundskeeping, basic maintenance, and construction labor related duties and services as needed and assigned by Division Manager.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or its equivalent (G.E.D) or one (1) year work experience in the field performing similar functions
• Must possess a Texas Drivers License and be insurable
• Must be able to successfully pass a post-offer drug screen and criminal history background check
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer and personal services
• Knowledgeable of basic maintenance functions
• Ability to work outdoors and in inclement weather
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently with co-workers
• Ability to communication effectively
• Ability to identify safety hazards
• Ability to multitask effectively

Responsibilities

• Performs custodial services such as sweep, mop, clean windows, service restroom, and empty trash containers to maintain interior and exterior of buildings and rehab homes clean
• Uses tools, equipment and machinery to maintain landscaping and grounds
• Provides assistance and support to maintenance department staff
• Performs tasks involving physical labor at construction sites
• Maintains tools, machinery, and equipment clean
• Other position related duties as assigned.
