About The Position
Under regular supervision, performs routine maintenance and repair tasks in City facilities as necessary to ensure a safe, attractive, and functional environment for employees and the general public. The Utility Worker is responsible for various tasks involved in the maintenance and repair of City-owned facilities, operating vehicles and tools, and maintaining accurate records of work performed. This role includes responsibilities such as mowing, trimming, cleaning, and installing irrigation systems, as well as performing general carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance as directed.
