Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to stand in one location for extended periods of time
• Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in garment inspection or screen printing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Removes finished product from the dryer conveyor and inspects the garments carefully to ensure quality of prints meets standards, verifies correct art and keeps accurate counts.
• Works in the reclaim room to wash and prepare screens for screen printing onto garments.
• Assists printer by pulling garments from screen print press and keeps a clean work station.
• Prepares garments for decoration by unpacking the materials and verifying accurate product and counts.
• Manually folds and packages products, maintains accurate counts and complete required paperwork. Applies barcodes to garment tags.
• Affixes hang tags onto garments, maintains accurate counts and completes required paperwork
• Inspects the quality of finished product to ensure meets specifications and quality standards. Will get input from supervisor if not sure.
• Interaction with screen print operators to address garment decoration issues
