We are looking for energetic and highly motivated team members to take care of some of our daily cleaning procedures in our kitchen. Consistent Saturday availability is required (at least lunch or dinner hours) Outcomes: This position will be responsible for the following outcomes. Work a daytime shift 3+ times a week - Typical shifts are 7am-2pm (T,W,F,S) and 8am-12pm (M,TH) Thoroughly wash the dishes from breakfast and lunch, staying ahead and setting up the night crew for success Completing daily cleaning procedures on fryers and machines (Daily filters, boil outs) Taking out trash and other duties as assigned Meet our goals regarding cleanliness and safety Pass any food safety inspections (internal or external) and be constantly improving our practices Inventory management
