Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • Experience working with a prior college or university.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with the setup and tear down of all technical equipment, including cables, cameras, and audio gear.
  • Manages cabling and logistics during live broadcasts to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.
  • Coordinates timeouts during live events, ensuring proper timing and communication with the production team.
  • Provides general support to camera operators, audio engineers, and other crew members during production.
  • Troubleshoots any logistical issues related to equipment or crew placement during live broadcasts.
  • Assists with managing on-site equipment, including setup, transportation, and storage.
  • Acts as the point of contact for ensuring all utility-related tasks are completed on time.
  • Works with the Director and Producer to ensure smooth transitions and setups during breaks or timeouts.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
