Achieves and exceeds sales and profitability targets, aligning with business and seasonal account plans to support the sales portfolio. Leverage existing account relationships to increase distribution and grow penetration within existing accounts. Advances sales approach and solutions, ensuring alignment with product strategies and the overarching brand vision. Evaluates defined territory market landscape, identifying and recommending growth opportunities. Delivers comprehensive business updates and reports, encompassing sell-in and sell-through performance, competitive analysis, product demand and availability, and market share insights to leadership and stakeholders. Drives sales process and continuous improvement initiatives in line with brand values consistently achieving and surpassing revenue goals. Collaborates closely with internal marketing and merchandising teams to develop and execute sell-through and activation strategies, ensuring programs are effectively implemented and products align with Specialty Sales Targets.
