About The Position

Requirements

Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude.

Nice To Haves

Experienced in custodial or maintenance work (lead experience is a plus).
A strong communicator and team player; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform custodial and light maintenance duties as assigned.
Handle special cleaning projects, floor care, and event setup or breakdown as needed.
Assist with supply inventory and equipment upkeep.
Support the custodial team by covering shifts and helping maintain daily workflow.
Take and respond to calls or messages on a company-issued phone and follow up promptly.
Ensure all safety procedures are followed and report any issues to management.
