Responsibilities

• Dishwashing functions are this position’s primary responsibilities. Able to set up and break down the dish machine, following appropriate sanitation standards. Dishes and kitchen equipment must be clean, sanitized and stored appropriately.
• Responsible for routine sanitation of kitchen equipment per cycle or leadership direction. Responsible for sweeping, cleaning and mopping of floors to maintain them in a high sanitary condition.
• Responsible for proper waste disposal and cleaning of trash receptacles inside and out.
• Completes job tasks as assigned. Using all appropriate Sanitation Standards and complies with OBRA guidelines and Production System (Gold Check Standard).
• Follows through on appropriate Gold Check Function as designated by Management including daily and weekly cleaning procedure schedules.
• Follows all safety regulations per SDS sheets when using chemicals. Follows safe food handling practices.
• Identify safety hazards and emergency situations and initiates appropriate action immediately.
