Requirements

6 months of previous experience in manufacturing preferred.
Able to lift up to 60-85 lbs. repetitively.
Good communication skills.
Willing to Train!

Responsibilities

Building a standard seat back assembly in its entirety. Starting from the base frame to finished goods.
Moving the finished product to a conveyor belt to be packaged for shipment.
Keeping track of your progression to ensure individual daily goals are met and maintained.
Communicating with your team lead and other assemblers
Able to function in a fast-paced environment.
Other duties as assigned by management.
