Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years Warehouse environment operating a Forklift.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of experience using power tools to include saws and drills with proper safety precautions.
• 1+ years of experience in basic Forklift equipment, driver.
• 1+ years of experience in Mechanical and/or Electrical basic components.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.
• Change batteries as needed.
• Manage a 'Hot Swap' Process.
• Wash batteries.
• Water batteries, filling.
• Collect and record runtime data.
• Monitor reports for underperforming batteries.
• Collect forklift hour meter readings for PMs schedules, enter in CMMS.
• PM batteries, check water systems, check specific gravity, check cables, repair cables.
• Equalize if necessary.
• Maintain battery charges, racks and clean drip trays, clean rollers.
• Maintain RoboWrap batteries, change as needed.
• Helps to coordinate, load(s) and unload(s) all recycling materials as needed.
• Loads and operates corrugate to baler as needed.
• Housekeeping duties as assigned or immediate to battery change area(s).
• Move up to 50lbs as well as stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 10 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Supports overall function as needed.
