The Utility Systems Analyst is responsible for the management, maintenance, and optimization of Pulse's business-critical software and systems, including financial platforms, OSS/BSS, CRM, integrations, APIs, and operational applications, systems, and back-end functionality. This role ensures seamless system performance, effective integrations, and reliable data flow to support business operations. They will collaborate with stakeholders to refine system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements that align with Pulse's strategic objectives and operational requirements. This is an exempt position. The salary range for this position is $84,012.24- $113,416.00 per year with a hiring range of $84,012.24 - $98,714.41 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
