About The Position

Utility Steward SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The Utility Steward is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, china ware , flatware , glassware, pots, pans, and work areas and for replenishing supplies with clean ware . Pay starts at $15/hour. We are hiring for 9:00AM-7:00PM and 3:00PM-12:00AM shift. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES: Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC Clears all food and beverage outlets of dishes, flat ware, and related items. Maintains the cleanliness of outlets and all kitchen equipment, china ware , flatware , glassware, pots, pans, and work areas. Replenishes supplies with clean ware. Complies with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls and government rules and regulations. Performs all duties in a safe and careful manner. Assists service Attendants as necessary. Attends periodic meetings and training sessions. Pic k up mats from various outlets and transports to be cleaned and returned to the respective kitchens. Break s down all kitchen equipment for cleaning using approved chemicals by the company. Complies with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls, and government rules and regulations. Provides outstanding customer and employee service at all times. Presents oneself in a neat and clean appearance at all times. Performs other duties as assigned. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Must be 19 years or older. High school diploma. GED, or relevant experience. Previous customer service experience preferred. Ability to understand MSDS paperwork. WORK HOURS: Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Team members must be able to work varying-schedules to reflect the business needs of the property. CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Is this position responsible for selling, serving, or distributing alcoholic beverages or do they have comp authority ? No Gaming License Required? Ability to secure and maintain NE Gaming License. Other Certifications? Requirements

Must be 19 years or older.
