The Stewarding team is responsible for maintaining a clean “heart of house” and kitchen. A safe environment is expected and overseen by our stewards as well. Our team works in tandem with the food and beverage department (kitchen and banquets) and other heart-of-house teams to ensure a clean environment to run the operation effectively. The Stewarding team exudes all Four Seasons core and culture standards. This position will report to the Executive Steward, which is overseen by the Executive Chef.
