About The Position

The magical Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is looking for a full-time Utility Steward/Dishwasher to join their culinary team! Connected by pedestrian skybridge to Disney Springs, this beautiful property includes more than 150 dining, shopping, and entertainment venues. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, a positive attitude, the ability to work quickly and efficiently and have a genuine passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

Wash dishes and operate the dishwasher to clean all chinaware, silverware and cooking utensils
Scrub pots and pans
Burnish, de-tarnish and polish silver
Stock and maintain supplies and equipment
Perform cleaning duties including, but not limited to, mopping and removing trash
Transport and store clean serviceware
Train other stewards, as needed
Prepare and place clean serviceware for events and functions
