Requirements

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing and Cleaning: Utilities are responsible for washing dishes, utensils, glassware, and other kitchen equipment. They may also be tasked with maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen area.
• Trash and Recycling Management: Utilities help manage the disposal of trash and recycling, ensuring that waste is properly sorted and disposed of according to local regulations.
• Stocking: Restocking kitchen supplies, such as condiments, napkins, and other essential items, is often part of their duties.
• Receiving: Receive deliveries of goods, verify, sort, stock and organize store rooms.
• Support During Rush Hours: During busy times, utilities may assist in various areas to help manage the increased workload.
• Adhering to Health and Safety Standards: They must follow proper hygiene and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff.
• Teamwork: Working collaboratively with other staff members, such as chefs, servers, and managers, to ensure efficient operations.
