Job Title: Utility Shop Maintenance Helper Pay Rate: $15–$18/hour Location: Tulsa, OK Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (hours may vary) Job Type: Temp-to-Perm Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Utility Shop Maintenance Helper to support daily operations in a dynamic warehouse and maintenance environment. This role involves hands-on responsibilities in shipping/receiving, equipment preparation, and facility upkeep. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Assist with loading and unloading inbound and outbound freight Inspect, verify, and document incoming shipments against packing lists Move inventory within the facility, ensuring items are properly stored Prepare used equipment for resale or service (cleaning, painting, labeling) Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and overhead cranes safely and efficiently Maintain clean and hazard-free warehouse, shop, and exterior grounds Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts Match equipment, serial numbers, and accessories to sales orders Follow all safety procedures and company regulations Drive the company vehicle for pickups and deliveries as needed Support Shop Foreman and administrative staff with additional tasks Required Qualifications Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently in a shop environment Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance Must be able to lift and move heavy items with assistance and/or equipment Steel-toed boots required Job Order ID: #121122
