The Utility Service Worker performs a variety of technical maintenance duties involved in the construction, maintenance, and operation of the water and wastewater systems. This role requires regular contact with customers, necessitating courteous and effective communication skills. Responsibilities include quality control sampling, recording daily operations of potable water production facilities, wastewater lift stations, and maintaining cleanliness and order of these facilities and the Utility Operations Facility.
