About The Position

Bartlett Electric Cooperative, Inc., is seeking a knowledgeable and vigilant candidate for our Safety Coordinator position. The position is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety programs and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role focuses on promoting a culture of safety, reducing workplace hazards, and ensuring the health and well-being of employees and contractors. The Safety Coordinator conducts safety audits, risk assessments, and training sessions, while collaborating with management and crews to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Additionally, the position serves as a key resource for incident reviews, regulatory reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. The position requires at least five (5) years of directly related experience.
