About The Position

Ovation Communities is seeking a Utility Project person who is responsible for general facilities cleanliness (picking up recycling, bulk garbage, etc.) as well as general facilities room set up and office moves.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least two (2) year experience in residential or commercial cleaning or willingness to learn.
• Competent in the use of standard cleaning tools (vacuum, duster, mops, etc.).
• Must maintain complete confidentiality and discretion
• Read, write and speak the English language

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus

Responsibilities

• Answers all radio calls promptly
• Waste and recycling collection (entire campus)
• Vacuuming of corridor floors on units
• Rooms/apt furniture moves
• Office moves
• Event set up / tear down
