About The Position

SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a part-time Kitchen Utility/Prep Cook to join their team at a private school in Worcester, MA. The role involves maintaining a clean kitchen environment, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring excellent service for guests. Requirements

• Previous commercial kitchen experience with prepping and dishwashing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.
• Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.

Nice To Haves

• Prior commercial dishwashing experience preferred, but motivated individuals can be taught.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
• Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members, providing service with a smile.
• Dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes, and pots.
• Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure an exquisite dining experience for guests.
• Set up and break down the dish machine and sanitize kitchen equipment.
