About The Position

As an Environmental Services Utility Porter, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

Requirements

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
• Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
• Has a valid Nevada Drivers License
• Prior experience working in a casino or resort environment
• Previous professional cleaning experience as a janitor or similar role
• Experience in shampooing and extracting carpets and other floor surfaces
• Comfortable operating floor cleaning equipment, including a ride-on vacuum
• Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service, in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics and exceed guest expectations
• Maintain the highest standards to ensure the detail quality and cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms and other required areas
• Operate various professional floor care and specialty cleaning equipment
• Contains and cleans biohazardous materials
