About The Position

As an Environmental Services Utility Porter, you play a key role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members. With strong attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional service, you help ensure every visit is memorable. Your responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of the casino and public areas while supporting a positive guest experience.

Requirements

• Knowledge of cleaning various floor surfaces and utilizing equipment and machinery, such as lifts, side-by-side, ride on machines, and pallet jacks
• Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
• Has a valid Driver's License or the ability to obtain one
• Experience in a similar resort setting is preferred
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards to ensure the detail quality and cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms and other required areas
• Operate various professional floor care and specialty cleaning equipment
• Contains and cleans biohazardous materials
