About The Position

What You'll Be Doing Perform general labor tasks including shoveling, sweeping, and material handling to support plant operations Assist with equipment maintenance and inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation Operate mobile equipment such as skid steers, loaders, and forklifts as needed Monitor and report any safety or operational issues to supervisors Support production teams with tasks that ensure continuous plant operation

Requirements

  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and teamwork
  • Ability to operate or learn to operate mobile and plant equipment
  • Willingness to work in a physically demanding and outdoor environment
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Capability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with all company policies and safety standards
