About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure operational efficiency. Assist with the setup and teardown of equipment for various projects. Monitor and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions. Support team members with various tasks as needed. Operate machinery and tools safely and effectively.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with tools.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
• Compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
