About The Position

Performs all duties on the assembly lines and/or operating a Powered Industrial Truck to provide plant wide support when needed Tests and repairs ranges appliances Trains new associates on job tasks and assists in follow-up of quality issues Troubleshoots functional defects Repair workmanship errors Will cover absenteeism or other reasons in the plant May perform other job duties as needed such as insulation wrapper

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years experience testing, repairing, and troubleshooting appliances or mechanical system
• 1+ years experience with assisting with quality issue resolution and process improvements
• Must achieve Powered Industrial Lift Truck certification within 6 months of hire
• Must achieve EMS Yellow Gear Certification within 30 days of hire and EMS Green Gear Certification within 12 months
• Able to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis
• Able to stand for the majority of the shift
