About The Position

Safely perform a variety of sanitation, equipment cleanings, and other related duties. Operate packaging equipment and check processing batch production.

Requirements

• High school degree or the equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all processing equipment according to procedure.
• Prime lines and complete batch record initiations.
• Properly fill out all procedures and batch records including filter information and tags.
• Assist maintenance personnel in the setup of miscellaneous lines, removal and re-assembly of rotating joints, and other related duties.
• Assist processing technicians in the weighing and manufacturing of batches.
• Maintain an assortment of logs and records on cleaning activities and filters.
• Maintain utility supplies, equipment, and storage areas in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Perform other related duties as required.
