About The Position

This position will be based at our Brownwood, TX location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality bathroom products, including luxury bathtubs and toilets. Requirements

  • Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.
  • Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 50 pounds or more.
  • Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
  • Reliability: Consistent attendance and work performance.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma is desirable.
  • Ability to identify minor discrepancies and inconsistencies in products or processes.
  • Understanding of quality standards, inspection procedures, and documentation requirements.
  • Ability to clearly report quality issues and concerns to relevant personnel.
  • Familiarity with data entry and quality management systems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with production staff and Quality Assurance team members.

Responsibilities

  • Commit to working accident free.
  • Complete 5S activities within department to maintain safe working environment.
  • Visually inspect units for defects by performing basic quality checks.
  • Maintaining records, logging inspection results, and documenting nonconformance issues found.
  • Checking production documentation for accuracy and compliance with standard operating procedures.
  • Testing and assisting with basic analysis as needed.
  • Communicating quality concerns to production staff and management.
  • Assisting with implementation of quality improvement projects and processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.
